Midway believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to have a rewarding and meaningful career and to do real work for real pay.  In cooperation with the Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities, Midway is working to hire and train people with disabilities through our Document Destruction Division.  We’ve partnered with non-profit organizations that provide services to the disability community to identify individuals who are good candidates for jobs and training, and we also donate a percentage of recycling proceeds back to these organizations.
